Adam calls it a Day

Sidley United great Adam Day has been forced to retire due to injury.

As published in the Bexhill Observer, Adam has a persistent Achilles injury which has forced him to hang up his boots.

Adam has been a long term Sidley man, making his debut for the club in 1992, and was part of the double winning side in 2000-01, the best season in Sidley's history.

Everyone at the club wishes Adam all the best and hopes he will continue to be involved around the club for a long time to come.
